The wedding will be an intimate, casual gathering of family and close friends held on Saturday, August 1, 2015. After a ceremony overlooking the Oakland Hills and Briones Regional Park  at Melanie's childhood home, we'll head to Postino in downtown Lafayette for dinner, dancing, and more merriment.

ATTIRE

The recommended attire is "dressy casual". While we're not totally sure what this means, guys don't need to wear suits or ties—but hey, feel free. The weather will likely be warm, and the terrain is a little rugged.

PARKING & TRANSPORTATION

CEREMONY
We strongly encourage carpooling to the ceremony and recommend meeting
at the Lafayette BART station parking lot. Please let us know if you
would like us to connect you with a carpool.

Parking is limited on Vista Bella Drive. Parking is permitted on one
side of the street on Martino Road, which leads to Vista Bella on the
top of the hill.

RECEPTION
Postino offers complimentary valet service. There is a large
parking lot behind the restaurant, shared with other businesses, but
please be aware this tends to fill up. You can also look for street parking, but
be sure to check for any restrictions.

The reception site is within walking distance of the Lafayette BART station.
